The Process
During our 15-minute Discovery Call, we'll get to know each other, learn about the details of your story and what you need help with, share about our approach to nutrition, and answer any questions you have about what it will look like to work together.

Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that choosing to trust someone with your health (and that of your child, too) is a big decision. Please take a moment to review some frequently asked questions, to help you get a better idea of what working together will be like.
What do you specialize in?
I am a women’s health dietitian, specializing in fertility, preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding nutrition. I also work with women who are struggling with PCOS, thyroid conditions, and other hormonal issues which may affect overall health and well-being.
What should I expect working with you?
How long should I expect to work with you?
The length of time that I work with individuals depends on the client’s needs. During our initial session, we will set realistic expectations and goals about how often we should meet. For women ready to make changes to their diet/lifestyle or those seeking guidance during a specific stage (for example, pregnancy), appointments are usually made on a weekly basis for the first 6-8 weeks.
Can you help me lose weight?
Although weight loss can be a result of improving one’s diet and lifestyle, my focus is not specifically on weight loss. In many instances, intentional weight loss can interfere with optimal hormonal function and sometimes even impair fertility. That being said, in other instances, weight loss when appropriately indicated can also improve fertility outcomes in some people. I take an individualized approach to each woman I work with; however if your goal is strictly to lose weight and not work on other components of health (such as sustainable eating habits, mindful eating, daily movement, stress management, etc.) then I may not be the right dietitian for you.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I do not accept insurance; however my nutrition sessions and packages are priced according to the immense value of information and support you will receive. I will not pressure you to book sessions or services if it is not within your budget. I can also provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company to possibly receive reimbursement.
